Check-in process a nightmare!!! Multiple rooms mixed up, waits well beyond check-in time, frequent lapses in room cleaning are disappointing!!! Furniture seems outdated, and the bathroom layout leaves much to be desired!!!

The rooftop bar with stunning views and the attentive staff made our stay exceptional. We loved the live music performance that added a special charm to our evenings.

Enjoyed a delightful stay with an excellent rooftop pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The spa treatment was a wonderful surprise, elevating our experience. Highly recommend trying the local dishes at the restaurant nearby, especially the pho, to truly soak in Vietnamese flavors!

The rooftop facilities provided a fantastic view of the city, ideal for relaxation after a long day, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely surprise each day. Breakfast was a highlight with an impressive selection, including home-grown products and traditional Vietnamese dishes that set a great tone for the day. the check-in process could be confusing, as it was not very organized, and there were occasional delays with room cleaning. some noise from the corridor could be heard in the room which detracted from the overall comfort.

I stayed three nights in a Junior Suite City View, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel features a rooftop area that includes a beautifully designed bar with a relaxing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Dinner highlighted a delicious sirloin steak served in the intimate dining area, and the complimentary minibar snacks were a delightful touch. The staff were warm and consistently attentive throughout my stay, especially Ben and Wendy at the reception, who ensured all my needs were met efficiently.

my previous visit to ho chi minh city was great, but the stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations during a wedding ceremony. the breakfast featured freshly baked pastries and delicious pho which I couldn't get enough of. also, the staff, especially bruno, were incredibly helpful, making my experience even more special.

the internet connection was slow.

this hotel was really nice! the room was clean and comfy every day, and i liked the big bathtub. the location is great too, so many cafes around. breakfast was super delicious with lots of options, and the staff were friendly. plus, the foot massage was the best i ever had!
